I was watching Bizarre Foods and the guy was in Rio and decided to try a thing we call “empada” which is basically a tiny pie, like this:
Normally it is filled with palm heart, chiken or even shrimp AND IS FUCKING GOOD but he decided to eat one filled with squid WHY WOULD YOU EAT A SQUID ONE? I mean, that’s not even a thing, I’ve never heard of squid pies around here.
So as a result, he hated and said it was horrible and the worst thing he ate in Brazil.
If he tried the traditional ones he would love it. Really, is impossible to say such bad things about empadinhas.
